To make planning your event an even easier process, we have created a bespoke day delegate package that includes all the basic requirements to have a successful event.
To work with our day delegate package we have also created a 24 hour package which will include our day delegate rate along with overnight accommodation and dinner.

Your conference and meetings organiser will act as your single point of contact and take all the hassle and work off your hands. They will discuss all arrangements with you and make sure that everything you are looking for is provided before, during and after the event – including essentials like travel details for your conference delegates, equipment, food and refreshments.
We are able to offer a fully comprehensive range of business service facilities including photocopying, fax and secretarial service. Additional services such as registration of conference delegates can also be provided.*
